SPAM EMAILS, FRAUD, AND PRIVACY ISSUES ARE SERIOUS, THEREFORE, WE ARE HIGHLY PROTECTIVE OF OUR CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DO NOT SHARE OUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITH ANYONE. Our web site uses customer contact information from the registration form to send our customer information about their order, saving coupons and promotional material from our company only. Users may opt-out of our email list or mailings at any time by sending us an email to request to be removed from our email list.

When visiting our web site, our web site will identify your computer's IP address for problem analysis and site administration. We use this data to tailor the visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in and displaying the content according to their preferences.

Security measures are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. If you use Paypal to send us payment, your credit card information is protected by Paypal and is not passed onto our web site. Paypal also uses strong encryption technology to protect your credit card information.

If you are having trouble receiving your order confirmation email, saving coupon email, or promotional email from us, please check the email program you are using and make sure our email addresses is added in the approved email list.

Return Policy
Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. Sales are final unless the item is defective or if the item shipped is not what is on the order. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

  • All merchandise (excluding custom design items) is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
  • All sales final on custom design items. 
  • Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.
  • We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
  • Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
  • Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
  • A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
  • The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing
  • No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be sent pre-paid.
  • IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our Return Authorization process.
  • Contact us via email to customerservice@marlane.net to get an RA number. RA numbers are valid for 14 days
  • RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.

Cancellation
Cancellation notice must be submitted either by email no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing we can cancel the order. However, due to the high cost of fulfillment and restocking operations, if the order has already gone into the processing period but before shipping then any cancellation will incur a 25% restocking fee. We advise our customers to make sure you identify the products that you wish to purchase before completing the transaction.

BackOrder/Out of stock items
Please note that due to our fast overturn rate, it is sometimes not possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped. You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or backorder/discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.

Order Processing
It takes about 1-5 business days to process your order. We will make every attempt to ship your items on the same day you placed the order if they are in stock. Your shipping methods "Ground, 3 Day Express, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air" will apply after we have processed your order. Delays may occur due to backorder, out of stock, or discontinued items

Order Status:
Credit card verification, shipping cost estimation, payment information, etc? will be verified before the order is approved for shipping.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Liability
Marlane will not be responsible or liable for damage of any kind as the result of the product usage. Buyer shall assume responsibility for using the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
